Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the k667 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by k667. By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — via browser on Android or iOS, via any cached or mirrored version, or via any future k667 application. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the k667 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet or maintain any of these criteria may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances subject to investigation.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited pending review.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of k667 or any affiliated entity.

k667 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point, including during the withdrawal process. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, k667 may place a hold on account funds pending the outcome of the verification process. Users who have been self-excluded or placed on a third-party exclusion list are not permitted to hold an active account.

2. Account Registration and Security

Registration on the k667 Platform requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. By submitting your mobile number, you confirm that the number is registered in your own name and that you consent to receiving account-related communications and verification codes via SMS to that number. Each mobile number may only be associated with one k667 account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the k667 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. k667 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment accounts not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payment processing is strictly prohibited.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however k667 reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring thresholds at its discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your k667 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant mobile banking provider. k667 is not liable for delays caused by the mobile banking network.
• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts in the sole name of the registered k667 account holder. Any deposit from a third-party account will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
• k667 may decline a deposit if it triggers internal risk thresholds or if the payment provider reports an error. In such cases, funds will be returned to the originating account within the timeframe specified by the payment provider.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. k667 does not process withdrawals to bank accounts, credit cards, or payment accounts not linked to the registered k667 account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• k667 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation, before releasing funds.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not completed their rollover cycle will not be approved for withdrawal.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

k667 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the k667 Platform are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, reversed, or amended after placement except in circumstances expressly permitted under the specific game or sports-betting rules applicable to that market. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play betting) are subject to the live odds displayed at the moment of placement. Pre-match odds are not honoured for in-play markets.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, k667 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each betting market and game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by k667 at any time without prior notice.
• Game results are determined by certified RNG systems or live-streaming outcomes from licensed studio providers. k667 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the outcome of live dealer games provided by third-party studios.
• Any winnings resulting from a bet placed using funds obtained through fraud, unauthorised access, or any prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full, regardless of whether the underlying bet itself was otherwise valid.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k667 Platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not consistent with a human user acting in good faith.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit market pricing or to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Using deposit or withdrawal channels to process funds on behalf of a third party, or in any manner that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud under applicable law.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in odds display, or any technical malfunction of the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not payable and will be reversed.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

k667 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasonable cause includes but is not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, failure to complete required KYC verification, self-exclusion requests, suspected underage use, or any conduct that k667 determines to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no pending investigation, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. 8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the k667 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of k667 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of k667.

The k667 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of k667. Unauthorised use of the k667 name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in connection with any product or service not authorised by k667 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k667 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if k667 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
• Any loss arising from the suspension, termination, or modification of the Platform or any specific feature or service offered through the Platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information or content published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors or inaccuracies.

11. Amendments to These Terms

k667 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered account holders via SMS notification to the registered mobile number or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting k667 support.
